As a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the apartment community, both inside and out. This role is essential to creating a positive first impression and ensuring residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, and takes pride in keeping the community looking its best.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, leadership, and residents.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
• A passion for chasing excellence and providing exemplary customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, including parking lot, buildings, and all common areas.
• Clean out vacated apartments.
• Assist the Service Team with service requests as needed.
• Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers even in difficult situations.
• Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, and company-utilized software.
• Meet task deadlines as assigned.

• Provides exemplary customer service to all residents proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
• Maintains the physical condition of the property.
• Utilizes hand tools and power tools to participate in upkeep.
• Picks up debris and removes other objects from the property.
  
  Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Professional and timely responses to all work orders.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness of vacant apartment homes making them ready for move in.
• Maintain cleanliness of vacant apartment homes, models, and all common areas.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• (1) year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Previous Groundskeeper/Housekeeper experience preferred.
• Landscaping or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working with a team to meet success.

• Frequently sit, stand and walk.
• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
