Prestige Real Estate Management is looking for a dependable, motivated Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Loftus in New Bo Community. If you enjoy problem-solving, take pride in your work, and are committed to providing exceptional service to residents, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Overtime may be needed as business demands
- Participation in an on-call rotation is required
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, and painting needs
- Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, drywall repair, appliance repairs, and general maintenance
- Perform routine grounds maintenance, including picking up debris, maintaining curb appeal, and keeping the community clean and presentable
- Complete daily property clean-up to ensure common areas, exterior spaces, and amenities remain safe and welcoming
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained community
- Deliver outstanding customer service while interacting with residents, vendors, and team members
Qualifications
- HVAC experience is preferred, but not necessary
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall repair, and painting
- Experience with general grounds maintenance and property upkeep is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
