Northbrook Rehabilitation Center is actively hiring a Floor Technician to maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained facility flooring. The Floor Technician plays a critical role in facility appearance, safety, sanitation, and overall environmental cleanliness. As a Floor Technician, attention to detail, consistency, and specialized floor care skills are essential to daily success.

Full-Time Days (8AM - 4:30PM)
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and care for facility flooring as a Floor Technician
- Operate floor care equipment safely and properly
- Strip, wax, buff, and maintain floors as needed
- Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support overall environmental services operations
- Floor care experience preferred
- Ability to operate floor care and cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
