Salary:
Minimum: $77,432
· Midpoint: $92,377
- Trains and supervises custodial and facilities staff by providing daily guidance, ensuring task completion and quality
- Approves timesheets and leave requests; participates in hiring and disciplinary actions for facilities staff.
- Plans and executes maintenance and improvement projects in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and remodeling.
- Manages inventory and distribution of supplies and equipment; supports staff with installation.
- Coordinates vendors for outsourced services and procures materials and labor estimates.
- Uses facility systems including BAS, CMMS, budgeting, and timekeeping software.
- Tracks and manages service requests via the Facilities Helpdesk.
- Coordinates with IT for surveillance and networked system upkeep.
- Communicates with department heads to schedule work and minimize operational disruption.
- Identifies service delivery improvements and collaborates with leadership on logistics and staffing.
- Responds to internal service requests and ensures satisfaction through follow-up.
- Associate degree in technical, business, math, or general studies is required.
- Four (4) years of experience in construction, maintenance, or technical service field.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
Monday - Friday 2:30 - 10 p.m.
