Big Springs Village is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance for our Senior Living Community in Cedartown, GA. The Director of Maintenance is responsible for the overall operation and repairs of the building and grounds. Full-time or Part-time
Director of Maintenance experience in a Healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
DUTIES:
- Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance & equipment performance.
- Schedule & ensure completion of all maintenance & repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance work is in accordance with State/Federal & OSHA standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in a Healthcare maintenance setting, preferably assisted living/senior living.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality service.
- Ability to multi-task / stay on task & maintain focus in stressful situations.
