Maintenance Technician
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Kirkwood Trail apartment community located in Cedartown, GA. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Requirements- Two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
Hourly wage is determined by related experience and certifications.
