Auto Shop Helper

Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties, which may include but not be limited to the following:

• Maintaining daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, and disposing of unwanted parts.
• Assisting in cleaning spray booths.
• Placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintaining parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Performing minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary.
• Following all guidelines in accordance with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures, enabling teammates to complete repairs in a timely manner.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have – previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
