PositionProduction Print Repair Technician – Centennial, CO
EssentialJob Duties
- Responsible for a full range of repairs and service procedures on high-speed digital copiers, full-color copiers and printers, facsimiles.
- Conduct diagnostics, installation, troubleshooting, machine modifications, software upgrades, removal and retrofits on a wide range of production machines (Canon, Oce, Ricoh, etc.).
- Provide high‑quality technical support and expertise by completing each service call according to service agreements and requirements.
- Effectively complete all territory assignments and develop options to resolve unexpected problems.
- Participate in training to remain up to date with new products and procedures.
- Provide specialist service to other field service technicians for unresolved technical problems or issues.
- Support sales team members to maximize equipment leads and upgrade opportunities.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience servicing and repairing production‑level office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines, mailing machines, and similar devices (highly preferred).
- Canon certifications beneficial.
- Strong computer knowledge.
- Excellent customer‑service communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and mechanical/electrical skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 applications.
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; a company car will be provided.
- $27–30 / hour DOE.
