The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at our Colorado property to support maintenance requests, preventive tasks, and turnovers. You will partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment reliability and tenant satisfaction., ensuring timely parts procurement and adherence to safety standards.
You will work on building systems such as HVAC, electrical distribution, and life safety while documenting all work and coordinating with vendors.
