The Seasonal Start Technician is responsible for delivering a 5-star customer experience to new customers by performing initial pest control services, including the application of chemicals and manual treatment methods toeliminatepest activity.

Perform thorough indoor and outdoorinitialpest control treatments for new customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Engage with customers to clearly explain service features and benefits while delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Follow assigned routes, communicate effectively with office staff and managers, andmaintainaccurateservice records.

Maintain equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in proper working condition, whileutilizingtechnology to manage appointments and customer information.

1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Possessa valid driver’s license andhave3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.

Earn andmaintainstate-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an hourly base pay range of $18 - $20, plusadditionalcompensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
