As a Janitor at Ram Precision Industries, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. Your role is essential in creating a safe and tidy environment for our employees and visitors. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment and supplies used for cleaning.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desk areas, windowsills, and ledges.
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in restrooms and breakrooms.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning for company events or meetings as needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Plant Manager.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve overall cleanliness and organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
