Cross Dock Associate

Location: Centralia, WA

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday‑Saturday, Saturdays half days; approx 45 hrs/week; 5:00 am – finish)

Pay Rate: $17.13/hr

• Unload freight from trailers and organize each box by store destinations.
• Assist unloaders on receiving and wrapping freight and general cleanup between truck unloads.
• Take pictures of compliance violations.
• Work in multi‑temperature environments.
• Log and report findings to manager using multiple software applications.
• Maintain strong communication skills and detailed orientation.
• Provide timely and accurate observation reporting.

• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
