Lead Foreman/Superintend ant

Cascade Fence & Deck has been building custom fences, decks, and outdoor living spaces since 1997. We've grown because we do what we say we're going to do, take care of our customers, and hire good people. We're growing our Tumwater location and need another really solid person to help us continue building something we're proud of.

• Leading multiple field crews
• Keeping projects moving efficiently
• Maintaining quality standards on every job
• Communicating with customers throughout projects as needed
• Solving problems before they become bigger problems
• Training and developing crews
• Working closely with our project managers
• Helping make the company better as we grow

-Some days you'll be planning.

-Some days you'll be putting out fires.

-Some days you'll be helping a crew get over a hurdle.

-If you enjoy solving problems and helping people succeed, you'll probably enjoy this role.

• Experience leading crews in construction or a related trade is a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic
• Good communication
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Someone who follows through on commitments
• Someone who can earn the respect of a crew

You don't need to know everything. You just need to care about doing things right.

• $30 - $60 per hour + more with experience
• Local work only, home every night!
