Repair and maintain theatre facilities and equipment including seats, walls, doors, restroom fixtures, flooring, and office equipment;
Coordinate with the General Manager on items to be repaired or maintained;
Ensure safety and security during maintenance activities and manage access for outside vendors;
Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and stocked with parts and supplies;
Adhere to safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment as required
