As a Utility Technician with recall duties at Norm Reeves Ford
, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of production and quality assurance, with a specific focus on conducting recall inspections of vehicles. In addition to your PDI responsibilities, you will perform routine maintenance services.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct recalls to ensure they meet Ford's quality standards and specifications.
• Perform Ford scheduled maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs at customer locations.
• Identify and document any defects, damages, or issues discovered during the inspection process, and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution.
• Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment, service information, and repair procedures to accurately diagnose and complete repairs.
• Perform services including oil changes, battery replacements, brake repairs, recalls, software updates, and other approved mobile services.
• Rotating tires and implementing tire repairs according to vehicle standards
• Effectively mounting and balancing tires
• Performing alignment checks
• Conducting multi-point inspections (121-point inspection)
• Assisting in various minor services including software updates, key programming, and replacing windshield wipers
• Performing other duties as needed

What You'll Need:

• Full time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Experience at an Automotive School or Program
