Community Housekeeper

Full-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience

The Community Housekeeper is responsible for providing housekeeping, cleaning, and floor care services to clients of Menno Haven at Home and residents of Menno Haven Independent Living. This position promotes clean, safe, and comfortable living environments through routine cleaning and general upkeep of client residences, resident homes, and other Menno Haven properties while ensuring high standards of service and resident satisfaction.

• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, preferred
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude

Shift

• Full-time, Non-exempt
• Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm
• Weekend rotation, required
