What You'll Do

• Fix common building issues
• Do basic plumbing repairs
• Do basic electrical repairs
• Help with HVAC repairs
• Walk the property and look for problems
• Complete repair requests
• Keep tools and work areas clean
• Help with safety checks
• Support residents and staff when repair needs come up

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Basic repair skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and carry supplies
• Ability to work safely
• Team-first attitude

Helpful Experience Experience in any of these areas is a plus:

• Building maintenance
• HVAC
• Plumbing
