As a Maintenance Associate you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. Your day‑to‑day tasks include:

• Working in fast‑paced environments and adapting to change.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and placing member satisfaction first.
• Performing maintenance activities: sweeping, cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, disposing of trash, operating floor scrubbers, and responding to spills.
• Ensuring safety: conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, reporting unsafe situations, and adhering to all company safety standards.
• Maintaining appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotating them properly and placing orders when supplies are low.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
