Porter/Custodian

We are looking for a Porter/Custodian to support our facilities maintenance and janitorial services in Plano, Texas.

• Keeping the facilities fresh, clean, and safe for everyone.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and shining like a pro.
• Taking out trash and recycling in an environmentally responsible way.
• Restocking supplies and replacing wastebasket liners as needed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, basins, and urinals.
• Sweeping and damp mopping floors with disinfectant.
• Spot cleaning soiled areas when needed.
• General cleaning of restrooms, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, and other assigned areas.
• Performing stripping and waxing - wet floor care.
• Using equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
• Refilling all restroom dispensers.
• Performing assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations.
• Performing all general required tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or Management.
