Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Maintenance Coordinator! The Maintenance Coordinator ensures that the Branch is clean and in good working order. They use their expertise to provide a safe and well-kept home for our residents.
Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record check.

- Maintain the Branch to a standard of excellence that reflects the quality of care we provide our residents.
- Prioritize and complete all maintenance tasks timely.
- Address maintenance issues promptly, notifying the Director when outside services are needed.
- Ensure all apartments are move‑in-ready within 3 days after move‑out.
- Assist in arranging service contracts and bids as assigned.
- Promptly complete items from Maintenance Request forms.
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance Work Schedule to ensure items are completed timely.
- Order supplies/chemicals as assigned.
- Identify emergency situations and respond appropriately using the applicable Bickford procedure.
- Ensure equipment remains in working order and is used safely.
- Complete Resident Monitoring System Testing Procedure Checklist as scheduled.
- Complete the Exit Door Inspection Checklist as scheduled.
- Perform emergency tests according to the Preventive Maintenance Work Schedule.
- Ensure chemicals utilized are securely stored, labeled, and used per directions, and appropriate PPE is worn.
- Ensure OSHA compliance while working in the Branch.
- Complete tasks necessary to comply with all applicable state and federal regulatory agencies.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Willing to take additional training or education, which specific states may require.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are required or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
