Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to provide part-time maintenance support during the spring and summer months. This interim role is designed to assist with routine upkeep, small projects, and general property needs while we continue the search for a full-time maintenance team member. The number of hours would range from 15-20 hours/week.
Key Responsibilities- Complete small maintenance projects (e.g., hanging items, minor repairs, basic fixes for client spaces)
- Support ongoing maintenance needs at the Mattis location in coordination with construction team.
- Assist with lawn care and exterior upkeep at residential homes, including mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance.
- Help identify and communicate any maintenance concerns or needed repairs.
- Part-time, seasonal (spring/summer)
- Flexible hours based on program needs
- Basic maintenance and repair skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong reliability and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in residential and program-based settings.
