Custodian Lead
- Afternoon
Job Type: Full-Time, 12 months, 8 hours/day
Shift: Monday thru Friday
- Second Shift
Duties: The duties of this position are to assist the Building Supervisor in directing work of custodians; assist with housekeeping and maintenance of the school building; other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have State of Minnesota 2nd Class Engineer Boiler License.
- Training or experience in pneumatic controls and heating applications, electrical and mechanical fields.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day.
- Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions.
$22.35/hour to $23.55/hour based on step and license/position, plus benefits.
