Ensure parts needed for repair are available or coordinate with the Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts, may need to drive parts to homes that are scheduled for service
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Review each service order for correct parts.
- Gather parts needed for service work order.
- Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund.
- File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.
- Must be able to drive parts where needed including over night trips out of state
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manufactured housing industry experience desired
- High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must provide 3 years of driving records

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee will be working at a rapid pace within the production line. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
