Multi‑Site Facilities Technician (Porter/Groundskeeper)

Mark‑Taylor is hiring for a Multi‑Site Facilities Technician at POD 5 in Chandler, AZ. The Technician will provide exceptional customer service, help maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of community grounds and interiors, and perform general facilities duties across multiple communities.

• Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, work areas and building exteriors.
• Upkeep of grounds, amenities, parking lots, dumpster areas, and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from exterior grounds, trash containers, and vacant apartments prior to make‑ready process.
• Complete opening/closing duties, including property walks and landscaping assessments.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of pools, tot lots, light fixtures, breezeways, amenity areas and BBQ grills.
• Perform janitorial tasks such as power washing, light exterior painting of speed bumps, curbs, etc.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of community grounds.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Willingness to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to interact positively and courteously with team members and residents.
• Basic understanding of written and verbal English.
• Prior experience working as a groundskeeper, landscaper, porter or related position is especially desirable.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $19.00 per hour.
