Semiconductor Maintenance Technician – Etch/Metals

The candidate(s) selected will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Metals/Etch equipment area.

Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and other activities relevant to the success of the area.

• Toolsets:
  Applied Materials Centura MxP/MxP+/SuperE, Applied Materials DPS, DPS II, LAM 4420/4520i, ULVAC Enviro II, Optima, Gasonics 3500 & PEP 3510, Ashers, Axcelis/Fusion Gemini DUV, Photostabilizers, Applied Materials Metals Endura 5500’s and Centura 5200’s.

Develop and maintain documentation, train others, communicate using written and verbal skills, stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours), stoop, crawl in confined spaces, lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds, and work compressed shifts (days or nights).

• Solid understanding of SPC, 5s, and FDC systems; problem solving skills.
• Ability to interface with internal and external groups to ensure safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied.
• Education:
  
  AA, AS, AAS in electronics or other industrial engineering related discipline is preferred; education with experience or military training may satisfy formal education requirements.
• Experience:
  
  Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance job functions required; candidates with Metals or Etch equipment maintenance experience will be considered.
