Manage water mitigation projects according to the IICRC Standard, while providing superior customer service. Additional responsibilities include mold remediation, biohazard remediation, fire and contents restoration. Candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Prioritizing Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to assess and address each job with a customer-service focus
- Managing relationships with referral sources
- Recordkeeping on industry-specific apps, and accurate paperwork
- Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
- Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
- Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
- Closely following safety protocols
- IICRC Certification in WRT & ASD
- Minimum 2 years water mitigation experience
