Full-timeA day in your new career

It’s 6:00 a.m. in Chandler and you’re gearing up with your crew. By mid-morning, you’re learning side-by-side with Level I and Level II technicians, tearing down a control valve set for inspection. After lunch, you’re back at our shop assembling actuators to manufacturer specifications, double-checking torque values, and verifying test results. Later, you hop in the stake bed to return refurbished valves to a customer site, where you lend a hand with in-line work—packing changes, flange bolting, and fittings.

Before the day wraps, you tidy the work area, log your work orders on the computer, and coordinate tomorrow’s pickup schedule. That’s the rhythm of growth  Caltrol?
