As a Janitor on our team, you are the backbone of our quality service. You'll ensure our clients walk into a spotless, fresh environment every morning.
Duties include:
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms to high standards.
Emptying trash and recycling bins.
Occasionally assisting with deeper floor care, like carpet scrubbing.
This is an active, physically demanding role. You’ll be on your feet, moving at an efficient pace, and performing repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, lifting, and vacuuming. Think of it as a great workout you get paid for!
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)Reliability: You must have your own dependable transportation to get to your assigned work sites in Glendale or Gilbert.
Work History: At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years (prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we will train!).
Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
Note:
If you are ever considered for a role driving a company vehicle, you must have a clean, valid AZ driver’s license for the last 5 years with no at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
