Supervisor Maintenance (6064)
This role will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep of the equipment and facilites. This role will oversee a team of maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
Essential Functions:- Ensures safe implementation of maintenance procedures
- Delegates inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Plans and oversees repair and installation activities
- Monitors equipment inventory and places orders when necessary
- Responsible for budget adherence and expense management
- Manages relationships with contractors and service providers
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field. May consider relevant work experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and techniques
