Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists;
Access and obtain materials, supplies, and tools from the property's maintenance department and track inventory;
Document service requests accurately and timely for tracking;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed
