Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, building equipment, and infrastructure;
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance issues;
Support commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, AHUs, exhaust systems, and split systems;
Coordinate with contractors/vendors and maintain work orders, PM records, and parts inventory;
Respond to facility breakdowns and emergencies while following LOTO, OSHA, and site safety procedures
