Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking an Interim Manager, Maintenance to organize and execute the general operating maintenance of the community and its physical plant.
You will establish preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, elevators, fire life safety, generators and other systems; troubleshoot issues; use the Yardi work order system to manage requests; and ensure community vehicles are serviced and authorized drivers are available.
