, a financially stable, fast growing, family owned company, specializing in high quality residential swimming pool service in the south east valley, is looking to hire a responsible, reliable, and detail oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team. Applicants must take pride in their work and ownership of their job duties, have good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Experience and understanding of pool water chemistry, filters, pumps and other cleaning systems is preferred, but not necessary. Applicant must have a strong work ethic, be honest and reliable, and able to work independently.

Job Description
:

This is a year-round Full Time position. Technicians will be cleaning pools, maintaining proper water chemistry, and ensuring correct operation of pool equipment.

Requirements:
All Applicants MUST (no exceptions please)

• Valid AZ driver license and clean driving record
• Clean criminal record and drug free
• A clean-cut, professional look and able to communicate with customers pleasantly
• Ability to start early and tolerate Arizona temperature extremes
• Be reliable and sometimes work long hours
• Be organized, have the ability to check email, able communicate with supervisor daily
• Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Be able to supply verifiable employment references (we will be checking these)
• Have a smartphone that can take pictures, text pictures, and access email
• Be able to work legally in the US
• Be willing to commute to West Chandler

Compensation
:

• Hourly during training - Hourly and Per Pool after training (average $19.75-$22.75/hr)
