Currently Certified with proven skilled welding experience
STRUCTURAL WELDERS – INTEL CHANDLER

Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay:$47.00/hr Base + $18.91/hr Fringe = $65.91/hr Total Package

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Project Duration: Approximately 2 months

Positions Available: 40 Welders

SHIFTS

• Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Swing Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Work weeks may reach 50–60 hours, with holidays occasionally affecting the schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4–5+ years of journeyman-level welding experience preferred
• Strong 3G & 4G SMAW experience
• Must pass a weld test
• Structural and field welding experience strongly preferred
• Joist upgrade experience is a plus
• Ability to read drawings, E-sheets and details
• Reliable transportation
• Good attendance is required
• Must follow strict Intel safety requirements
• Must pass a respirator fit test
• Clean shaven required for respirator fit testing

JOB DUTIES

• Structural welding and joist upgrades
• Grinding and steel preparation
• Chemical paint stripping
• Working from scaffolding
• Working in areas containing lead-based paint
• Following all Intel safety and site requirements

IMPORTANT: This is a field welding position, not a shop welding job. Candidates must be comfortable working in an active Intel construction environment with heightened safety requirements.
