Walk‑in Interviews and Location

Walk‑in interviews every Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 5290 Villa Way, Edina, MN 55436.

Maintenance Technician – Venue on 78th, located in Chanhassen, MN. Full‑time, 40 hours per week.

Hourly Rate:
Starting at $26.00 per hour.

Emergency on‑call is optional, lucrative opportunities available if desired.

Boiler/CPO Licenses are not a requirement for this position. Willingness to obtain one is expected. Highland Management Group pays for educational costs, training, and licensing, including exam fees.

• Ensure resident satisfaction through regular upkeep of the property, including preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement.
• Complete maintenance requests from residents as received on work orders.
• Check fire extinguishers and smoke detectors monthly and check boilers daily.
• Maintain working knowledge of water and gas meter shut‑offs, all apartment fixture shut‑off locations, and sewer clean‑outs.
• Assure cleanliness and good repair of vacant units.
• Check pools (if applicable) and complete miscellaneous inspections & reports.
• Report regularly to Property Manager on projected maintenance and service expenses.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested by managers.
