Responsibilities
- Under supervision from management, clean, calibrate, track, and maintain construction materials field testing tools and equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep the equipment in good condition
- Assist in ensuring proper tracking and record keeping of equipment
- Focus on ensuring equipment and all appropriate areas are clean, organized, and provide a safe working environment
- Responsible for managing equipment, assist in maintaining tools and equipment
- Encourage the use of proper PPE safety policies, ensuring that you use proper PPE and encourage others to use the appropriate PPE
- Additional responsibilities may include assisting with training sessions and activities in the soil and concrete laboratories
- Perform additional related duties as required
- High School diploma or GED
- 0+ years of experience
- Nuclear gauge training and certification required
- This position requires carrying 40 - 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height
