Immediate full‑time, permanent opening. Starting pay: $19.26 per hour.

• Lead crew and perform janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area, executing tasks within project time frames.
• Support staffing coordination for projects, including communicating schedules.
• Perform floor and carpet cleaning, carpet extractions, window washing, minor wall repair, and gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms; clean and polish furniture and fixtures; clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies manually or using hand trucks.
• Adhere to procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Monitor building security and safety, locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use to prevent hazards.

• Excellent understanding of janitorial/building maintenance procedures and related safety requirements.
• Basic tool and machine maintenance, including break/fix procedures.
• Ability to meet general customer expectations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and time‑management ability; can prioritize and set clear expectations.
• Resolve requests and concerns quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Lead a team in a complex, task‑oriented janitorial operations environment.
• Provide timely and efficient escalation resolution for facilities issues.
• Track supplies and task/performance data, document and submit reports and supply orders, answer calls, and monitor escalations with a focus on customer service.
• Build rapport with customers and manage relationships.
• Communicate in English; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• All non‑exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software on personal devices to clock in/out. Cell phone reimbursement is provided as required by law.
