Daily interior cleaning of the building including emptying waste receptacles, debris and trash removal, vacuuming/shampooing floors and carpets;
May be directed to assist with exterior cleaning and basic maintenance such as exterior walls/windows, parking lots, walkways, and lawns;
Assist with minor maintenance and repairs including lighting, fixtures, doors/gates, and simple plumbing;
Report spills, safety issues, and needed repairs to management promptly;
Follow safety protocols and instructions from supervisor; operate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
