Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including switch gear, panel boards, breakers, transformers, lighting systems, receptacles, and power distribution equipment;
Coordinate with Controls, Mechanical, HVAC, and Chiller teams to support integrated system operations;
Escort and oversee third-party electrical contractors, OEM technicians, or service providers as required;
Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed, findings, corrective actions, and recommendations in the CMMS;
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, post-incident review, and continuous improvement initiatives
