We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Flex Team Member to join our janitorial team in Chapel Hill, NC
! This role supports multiple sites as needed, helping keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Restock supplies as needed
• Follow safety and cleaning procedures
• Provide coverage at various locations as assigned
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift light to moderate items
• Prior cleaning experience a plus (but not required)
• Consistent weekday evening hours
