Facilities Technician – Cary, NC (Kellanova)

Schedule:
Night Shift, 6 pm–6 am, 12‑hour shift on a 2‑2‑3 rotation with every other weekend off

- Utilize your specialized skills—perform work involving millwork, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical crafts to evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot buildings, systems, and equipment as assigned
- Track Facility Needs—identify materials and equipment needed for work, maintain records of materials and labor used on projects
- Lead the Charge—evaluate work orders to determine scope and procedures, lead installation, maintenance, and repair of designated building systems while guiding other technicians
- Safely Execute—understand, follow, and enforce all established safety, health, and quality procedures to drive forward production
- Provide Top Notch Customer Service—establish rapport with business partners across the plant floor to solve problems with urgency

Facilities Technician 3 – Holly Springs, NCLocation:
Holly Springs, NC
Pay: $34–$35 per hour
Contract type:
Permanent
- Monitor facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance
- Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems
- Perform general and preventive maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management
- Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed to maintain optimal lighting conditions
- Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested

- Maintenance Management—regular/daily onsite attendance required, coordinate schedules, respond to resident/management requests and work orders, ensure repairs and replacements, inspect grounds, manage inventory and budget
- Preventive Maintenance—maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life
- Safety & Compliance—maintain hazard communications program, comply with OSHA guidelines, educate staff on safe practices
- Operations—participate in on‑call emergencies, plan resource utilization, give direction to maintenance staff, direct and monitor activities, uphold community standards
Education/Experience—High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, EPA & CPO certification preferred.
