• Lead maintenance staff
• oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs
• manage budgets and vendors
• ensure work order completion
• support capital projects
• maintain safety and regulatory compliance
• participate in resident retention initiatives

• EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
• valid driver license
• 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• strong HVAC troubleshooting skills
• team leadership experience

• CAMT Certification
• CPO Certification
• HVAC trade certification
• Yardi/Entrata/Real Page experience
• renovation and capital project experience
