Perform corrective maintenance, emergency maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and service request maintenance;
Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours;
Repair and maintain hospital buildings, grounds, vehicles, facilities, equipment, and electrical and mechanical devices;
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to prioritize and schedule tasks;
Assist with exterior maintenance, housekeeping of mechanical rooms, landscaping, and moving equipment as needed
