The Hiring Range for this opportunity is: $55,055 - 69,094.

An employee in this class performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks in constructing, renovating, and maintaining Town buildings. The role involves various skilled tasks related to constructing, maintaining, and repairing buildings owned by the Town. Work includes maintaining and repairing facilities and equipment in the areas of plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and concrete and masonry. Work is generally assigned through a work order system and is typically performed independently.

Work is performed under the guidance and direction of the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and under the general supervision of the Facilities Director.

• Troubleshoots mechanical, plumbing, and electrical problems and either repair or seeks other solutions.
• Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment on an assigned schedule.
