Position Overview
Maintenance Assistant – Part‑time
Location:
Hilltop Skilled Nursing and Rehab, Charleston, IL

- Perform routine building maintenance duties including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance
- Complete maintenance reports and administrative documentation
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls - Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of maintenance experience preferred
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
- Motivated, dependable, and team‑oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
