Pay: $15.00–$16 per hour, depending on assignment

ESS Clean is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Part-Time Commercial Cleaners in Charleston, IL. Whether you're looking for a few hours a week or a consistent part-time schedule, we have several opportunities available.

These positions are ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and wants a reliable part-time job.

Schedule 1

Schedule 2

• Tuesday & Thursday
• Start time: 5:00 PM or later
• Warehouse setting
• No PPE required

Schedule 3

• 5.75-hour shift

Schedule 4

• 5.75-hour shift

Part-Time Evening Schedule

• Friday: 2 hours

• Clean and maintain assigned commercial areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Dust and wipe surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Restock supplies as needed
• Follow cleaning procedures and checklists
• Report maintenance or safety concerns
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

The ideal candidate is:

• Dependable and reliable
• Detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to follow instructions and cleaning procedures
• Able to lift 50 lbs

Previous cleaning experience is not required. Training is provided!
