Porter/Groundskeeper — Charleston, SC — Full-Time — $18/hour to $20/hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Preparing apartments for new residents with care and attention
• Keeping community areas—like clubhouses, gyms, and lounges—sparkling and welcoming
• Handling light maintenance tasks (painting, filter changes, replacing light bulbs)
• Operating cleaning equipment and maintaining supplies
• Reporting and helping address minor repair needs

• Takes pride in a job well done

• Is willing to travel between local properties
• Can work a flexible schedule (weekends/on-call rotation)

• 1+ year of housekeeping or custodial experience
• Experience with carpet and upholstery cleaning
• Ambition to earn a certificate; we will increase your pay

• 8-hour shifts

• Must be 18+ years old
