Responsibilities

• Maintain the community’s grounds, common areas, building entrances, breezeways, and parking areas in a clean, safe, and inspection-ready condition at all times.
• Perform daily groundskeeping duties, including trash removal, compactor operation, debris cleanup, cobweb removal, and upkeep of outdoor amenities.
• Monitor and maintain recreational areas, including the pool, spa, picnic areas, grills, car wash, and vacuum stations, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality.
• Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance or safety concerns, and promptly report issues requiring management attention.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with property maintenance tasks and support efficient day-to-day community operations.
• Promote a safe environment by removing snow and ice when needed, maintaining hazard-free walkways, and properly securing equipment at the end of each workday.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to use various hand tools and test equipment.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to push and pull up to 300 pounds on wheels
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to climb ladders of up to 40 feet in height.
• Must be able to use a hand-truck and/or company vehicles.
