Schedule:

Part-Time, Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Prior janitorial experience, leadership ability, reliable transportation, and a great attitude.

As our Janitorial Supervisor, you will lead by example and keep our client site sparkling clean! You aren't just directing the work; you're stepping in to help your team succeed.

• Lead and support a small team of dedicated cleaners to deliver top-quality results.
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside your team as a reliable Custodial Supervisor.
• Inspect facilities daily to ensure our standards remain second to none.
• Manage supplies and communicate site needs effectively as the primary Cleaning Manager on shift.

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience.
• A positive, reliable attitude with natural leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stay comfortably active on your feet.
• Dependable transportation to our site in Charleston.
