Complete make-ready repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move-in to meet market-ready standards;
Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed;
Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair/replace as needed;
Perform touch-up painting for vacant and occupied units as directed;
Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning and painting as needed; assist with general property maintenance
